There are no specified timescales for Twitter to review an appeal and restore an account. In our case, we could find no violation of the Twitter rules and our account was restored approximately 2 weeks after filing an appeal. However, other users have reported this taking much longer sometimes up to 4 months so you will need to be prepared to wait it out.
